He has been the driving force behind Carbon Events Bars since 2008, recently steering the company through pandemic, and bringing us out stronger than before!
He is an entrepreneurial-minded executive recognized for leading sustainable, growth focused and mutually beneficial stakeholder alignment across the event, liquor, and hospitality spaces.
He was a recent beneficiary of the UNs Sustainable Development Goal Scholarship Program, for his societal contributions during his working and academic engagements. The opportunity sent him to University of Amsterdam in 2021, to do his Masters MBA, with focus areas in leadership, strategy, sustainability and social entrepreneurship.
He is an energetic, passionate, accomplished, and versatile leader. He spends his time at Carbon Events Bars working on research for growth initiatives into other regions, while consulting with old and new customers on how to improve their models, and coaching our internal team on leadership, strategy and precision execution in their work, academic and personal lives.
He is resilient, caring, outspoken and hard working. He holds his values as close to his heart as he does those that surround him.
His other current engagements include relaunching Smalltown Beat, The Eden Experience as well as research and development for a platform that hopes to bring free proactive awareness, accessibility and immediate access to alternative health care content and service providers for those with disproportionate propensity for high exposure to stress related health disorders.
Nick Dekker is passionate about challenging those around him to hold ethics and morality in high regard, giving them the ability to do the right thing, in any given situation.
He wishes for the world to redefine their wealth, as freedom and flexibility to help those around them.
