APPLICATION
Apply by brush, roller or airless spray.
PCT RUBBER HYBRID is applied by brush or roller embedding the fiber membrane in areas that require reinforcement.
PCT RUBBER HYBRID is applied at a rate of 0.3-0.4 liters per square meter to ensure a total dry film thickness of 1
millimeter is achieved.
Do not apply if rainfall is eminent.
Clean tools and equipment immediately after use with clean potable water.
STEEL AND GALVANISED SURFACES
Slightly abrade the surface and ensure that all rust, oxidization, dust, dirt or any foreign debris is removed.
Apply two coats of PCT RUBBER HYBRID allowing 3 hours drying time between coats.
CEMENTITIOUS SURFACES and BRICKS.
Remove all dust, dirt or any foreign debris and ensure that the surface is dry.
Apply two coats of PCT RUBBER HYBRID allowing 3 hours curing between coats.
In extreme wetdamp conditions, apply one coat of PCT 35 or PCT36 as a primer undercoat and leave for 6-8 hours to cure before applying PCT RUBBER HYBRID.
Prime wood FIRST with PCT TIE-COAT before applying PCT RUBBER HYBRID.
ROOF AND WALL COATING.
PCT RUBBER HYBRID may also be applied as a protective roof or wall coating at a spreading rate of 6-8 mL coat.
It may be overcoated with a colour of choice when used as an undercoat on DRY walls.
