1 Tbsp lemon juice
13 cup superfine cane sugar also called caster sugar
Pinch kosher salt
12 cup whole milk
Instructions
Freeze the strawberries, milk, as well as the food processors work bowl and blade for at least 1 hour, or until the berries are fully frozen.
