We buy, sell and paint pre-loved heritage.

Deon has come a long with part-time and sometimes full-time collecting, painting, buying and selling of pre-loved treasures.

Hes always keen to search for retromid-century modern pieces and Art Deco when still available. For the purposes of restoring and reviving, authentic French style designs or re-usable classic creations dont escape his hands and creative eye for giving a new life to tired furniture pieces!

Deon uses a proven five step technique from hand prepping and a careful painting process, sometimes applying ageing as finishing, and always ending with a waxed layer for durability and practical use of the restored piece in your home as an attractive, unique and non-mass-produced piece of furniture.

He uses a satin-finish Acrylic, never uses chalk paint although he believes there is a place for that in a self-help home craft technique.

The opportunity arose for a workshopshow room to be opened again, this time at 39, 5th Street Linden which is based on the old Palm Trading House concept from corner 4th Avenue and 5th Street, Linden during 2010 to 2012 for those who remember the good vibe it used to have.
