Md Abdul Matin, FCMA
Managing Director

Md Abdul Matin, FCMA is a Fellow Cost Management Accountant and did his Masters in Accounting from Dhaka University. From September 2019, he is serving as Managing Director of Security 360 Limited.

He joined in G4S Bangladesh on December 2006 and continued his service till July 2019. His last role was Chief Financial Officer CFO Company Secretary CS. Information Technology IT and Supply Chain Management SCM also reported to him. He was a Shareholders nominated Director of G4S Bangladesh. He had contributed remarkably for achieving G4S Bangladesh business growth.

He served another World renowned MNC named Nestl Bangladesh and also worked for 3 leading local companies named Olympic Industries Limited, Youth Group and Shanta Industries Limited in various capacities. He has attended various training in home and abroad.

As member of Trade, Tariff, Taxation Company Affairs Committee of FICCI Foreign Investors Chamber of Commerce Industry he has contributed to formulate Tax VAT proposals for National Budget through NBR National Board of Revenue. He is a Life Member of SAARC Chamber of Commerce Industry SAARC CCI, also a member of DCCI Dhaka Chamber of Commerce Industry. He has worked in various committees and sub-committees of ICMAB.

Mr. Matin is an active member of many Professional, Business and Social Organizations like The Institute of Cost Management Accountants of Bangladesh ICMAB, Dhaka University Accounting Alumni, Baridhara Cosmopolitan Club Ltd BCCL, Corporate Executive Club Ltd CECL, Sylhet Club Ltd SCL, Diplomatic Spouses Club DSC, InterNations, Dhaka Boat Club Limited DBCL.

Capt. Muhammad Ataul Ghani Retd.
Director - Operations

Capt. Muhammad Ataul Ghani Retd. was commissioned in Bangladesh Army in the Corps of Artillery on 29th November, 1995. Capt. Ghani Retd got himself retired from military service voluntarily on personal ground on May, 2001. From September 2019, he is serving as Director Operations of Security 360 Limited.

He joined in G4S Bangladesh on August 2004 and continued his service there till July 2019. During his service in G4S, Capt. Ghani acted as Mission Security Manager of Local Guard Program, US Embassy, Dhaka for six years. Later he led the biggest business division of G4S Bangladesh and organized to have 5,000 guards under his business area and contributed significantly for achieving remarkable growth of G4S Bangladesh. His responsibility was not limited within guard management rather he was one of the key members of G4S think tank. He was assigned for conducting Security Survey and Risk Assessment of various installations. He conducted lot of training sessions arranged to train the guards and other front-line employees he also acted as Resource Person while invited by training institutes for professionals to conduct training on Security Management arranged for Security Managers working at various organizations.

He received number of trainings on Leadership Management and Security Management both in home and abroad.

Capt. Ghani Retd obtained his MBA from IBAIS University. He is an active member of RAOWA and Corporate Executive Club Ltd CECL, Baridhara. He is also a member of DCCI Dhaka Chamber of Commerce Industry.

Ahmed Sharzil Choudhury
Director - Sales Marketing

Ahmed Sharzil Choudhury has got 18 years experience of working in corporate Sector. Within this vast time span he worked for both MNCs and local companies. He came from a reputed family of Sylhet. From September 2019, he is serving as Director - Sales Marketing of Security 360 Limited.

His experience in working with human resources helped him to shine in various industries like Private Security, Tea, RMG, etc. Sharzil Choudhury worked in G4S Bangladesh for 7 years as Head of Facility Division. He made tremendously notable success in the business of Facility Service of G4S by growing the business 20 times during his stay of seven years in G4S Bangladesh.

He received number of trainings on Facility Management both in home and abroad.

His expertise on designing a new product or service, innovative ideas and ability to organize and manage those helped him to contribute towards the growth of business wherever he worked. He is always willing to go the extra mile to support others.

Mr. Choudhury obtained his MBA from Victoria University USA, Dhaka Campus. He is an active member of Sylhet Club Ltd and other social organizations. He is also a member of DCCI Dhaka Chamber of Commerce Industry.

Shadat H Masud
Regional Director - Chattogram Region

Shadat H Masud has been working as Managing Partner of Chattogram Region of Security 360 Limited. He also working as the Chief Operating Officer of RTT Textile Group, CEPZ for the last one decade.

Prior to that he worked for a long time as the Head of Finance and Administration of Chattogram Region of G4S Bangladesh. As a Finance professional, Mr. Masud has started his career as the Manager Audit of reputed Chartered Accountants, Tax Management Consultants Firm, Ms S. F. Ahmed Co. Over time, he has worked for well-known foreign companies such as NYK Line, Youngone Group or Credit Agricole Indosuez.

In addition to the profession, he is associated with Bangladesh Export Processing Zone Investors Association BEPZIA and Bangladesh Terry Towel Linen Exporters Association BTTLMEA.

He is also involved in various local and international social organizations.

Lt. Kazi Gulshan Ara Retd
Director - Business Development

Lt. Kazi Gulshan Ara Retd was commissioned in Bangladesh Army as an officer in 2004 and got herself retired from military service in 2007. She obtained her MBA from AIUB in Human Resources and served in a management position with a number of reputed multinational organizations such as G4S Bangladesh and Chevron Bangladesh.
While serving in G4S Bangladesh, she was posted at the United Arab Emirates UAE as Human Resources Manager 2009-2013 to look after the human resources of the Middle East Operations of the company and to manage its manpower for 18 countries under that region.

Lt. Kazi Gulshan Ara Retd actively involved herself in business and entrepreneurship development since 2013 as Founder and Managing Director of Qamar Al Qaraien Gen. Tr. LLC brand name Aydin in the UAE. Currently, she is doing wholesale and retail business of apparels, food and non-food products and maintaining supplies to various hypermarkets such as Union Cooperative Society, Abu Dhabi Cooperative Society, Rhas Al Kaimah Cooperative Society and many other outlets all over the United Arab Emirates. She developed skills as Sales Director, Account Manager, National and International Sales Leadership and Business Analysis over the last eight years of her business entrepreneurship. She kept her footprint in security Industry of Bangladesh by adopting the chair of Director - Business Development of Security 360 Limited since July 1st 2021.

Lt. Kazi Gulshan Ara Retd is an avid debater and an eloquent reciter. She was one of the team members of Bangladesh Television Debate Team in 1995. As Team Leader, she represented the National Debate Team in the National TV debate in 1996 and won the award as best debater.

While doing business in the UAE, Lt. Kazi Gulshan Ara Retd actively involves herself in patronizing various cultural, social and charity activities with a view to promoting the history, culture, heritage and the positive image of the country in abroad.

Quazi Nayeem Mahmood is tremendously contributing to the business growth of Security 360 Limited. He is a marketer, has 18 years working experiences and over 10 years with Grameenphone along with other renowned organizations like Standard Chartered Bank SCB, Asiatic Market Communication Ltd.

Mr. Nayeem did his BBA and MBA in Marketing from Independent University, Bangladesh IUB. He has received a number of trainings at home and abroad. He is a yellow-belt achiever of Six Sigma.

He is a proud Gregorian and a proud alumnus of BAF Shaheen College, Dhaka. He is members of various social, business and commercial organizations.
