Hello everyone, its Eddie here In this last week of our summer break, I had planned to share some of my holiday snaps, but the events of the last few days have made me change my mind. So here are some of my own experiences of The Queen.

When I was 9 years old we learned about Coventry Cathedral in some of our lessons at school. I was fascinated by its history. My mum told me that that The Queen was visiting the cathedral and so she suggested that I write to the Lord Lieutenant of Warwickshire to ask if I could attend the service. Sadly it was for VIPs only but he invited me to meet her in a local museum which she was visiting. I was told to bring a posy of flowers for her, so I picked some from our garden and heres the moment I gave them to her. I think I may have had some help with the flower arranging though!.

As a chorister, I would have been delighted if 26 year old me had told 9 year old me that one day Id have the enormous privilege of singing in her choir at HM Chapel Royal, Hampton Court Palace. During my time in the choir I sang for The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh at the service to celebrate the centenary of The Order of the Companions of Honour -
