Come and join our founder, Chareldi for this fun experience in our NEW light, airy majestic studio space in Upper Wynberg.
Drawing inspiration from the guided meditation, movement of Yin Yoga opening up your energetic channels, the lovely scents in studio, the scenery around you, the sound waves of the music, and of course the colours of the paint on your brush - waiting to flow and make those authentic strokes of your unique expression.
May you bloom as you explore your being, connecting back to that Inner Child wanting to come out and play.
Letting go of the hold you may have over yourself and allowing for your creativity childlike spirit to take the lead.
Spring is such an exciting time to explore all parts of ourselves and our creativity! Letting go of toxins in our liver gall bladder on a physical, mental, emotional spiritual level, which is associated with the Season Spring element Wood in the Yin Yoga and in Chinese Medicine culture.
Relax, let go allow for your body to move where it wants to go, as you express your authentic self during your experience.
