Firstly I want to thank you for helping me change my life.
Since I started listening to your sessions on eliminating the need for alcohol on 30th Dec, I havent had a drink since. This for me is amazing, I still cant believe it.

Over 10 years ago I ended up in Cuan Mhuire centre as alcohol had taken over my life. After lots of therapy work on myself I managed to stay away from alcohol for a number of years.

However, about 2 years ago I started drinking
again. I somehow managed to convince my husband I could drink sociably! So again I was sneaking in extra bottles and hiding them unknown to my husband and kids. I knew I had to do something I was scaring myself but at the same time I
couldnt stop.

Then I came across clear minds whilst browsing my phone. I never heard anything much about hypnotherapy before but I thought why not. Since the first time I listened to it I havent drank since. I went from drinking a bottle of wine a day to nothing!

I know everyone is different but for me this time I feel like Im free and Im able to make up my own mind. I just cant describe it. I was doing to well I also downloaded the weight loss hypnotherapy sessions and I can feel a difference
already, like I think before I eat now. I am happy again for the first time in too long.

I listened to the eliminating alcohol sessions every day for a week. This week I have listened to the weight loss session twice so far. I cannot remember much of what you say as I always seem to dose off but then I wake up feeling like a new woman!

I really believe there should be more information in doctors surgeries about this form of therapy.

The community group is great support but I havent posted anything as I dont want my name to appear.
